There’s nothing left to do with this case it’s over. If you want to do something productive go to your local courthouse and start watching cases, you’ll find one that peaks your interest or if your disappointed in the system do something to change it there are so many innocent people in jail why not spend your energy on their cases. Casey was found NOT GUILTY by the Gov’ts rules in their house, who should you be upset with (?) the only ones to profit off this case was CNN’s HLN, so who should you be upset with (?). These so called do gooders make me sick, they won’t do a dam thing until a case comes up that bites their heart then they dis agree and pull out their crayons make a sign stand on the side of the road act like they do nothing wrong then when it’s over they go home smoke a joint and DO NOTHING until the next case comes up, PATHETIC!!!!! Casey Anthony’s laughing her ass off because these same fools that are protesting her are helping raise her fees making her more valuable.

Please you spend your time on the people in jail that are innocent. If your not going to do that then at the very least spend your energy doing something POSITIVE. There are so many organizations that need people to help out.

It blows my mind how the people at CNN acted throughout this trial how bias and unprofessional the coverage was and how it continues post trial. It’s terrible how the pundents seem to always seem justify their bias unprofessional behavior by saying "it’s justice for Caylee".
That’s so much B.S. our justice system isn’t for or about revenge, if you believe and love our justice system and our way of life you’d know it’s not about revenge. This case was about a young woman charged with Capital Murder and her life, if you don’t like it then work to change the system. But this trial was about saving her life. CNN shouldn’t have covered the trial, how did that one slip by (?) Who made that decision we all knew how bias they were, we watched the bleach blonde for 3 years act like a big baby so I guess I’m really not surprised on how this is turning out.    

I can take the difference of opinion but what I can’t take is unbiased journalism. What I can’t take is commentators and pundents who hide behind the law/system when it’s going their way. If you would have respected a Guilty verdict then you dam well better respect a Not Guilty verdict too.

Plain and simple the verdict in the Casey Anthony trial was a Fair verdict, Period. Not Guilty on the most serious charges.

That wasn’t the only good thing that happened today July the 5th, today finally people started to speak out against Nancy Grace and the CNN Witches, for at the very least making hard for viewers to watch the trial impartially. I thought it was great Mark Garregos siad in reference to a Nancy Grace “nonsense speud by a Bleach Blonde former prosecutor” and referred to other attorneys that have recently tried to cash in as trial experts as “Bozo’s who’ve never tried a serious case”. After the trial during the defense team press conference Cheney Mason one of Casey attorneys slamed the media attorneys and pundents who daily ridiculed the defense and the defendant giving their personal opinions instead of reporting on the case. I glad people are starting to see the type of person Nancy is, she’s poison, look what she’s done to those that work with her. When  Jean Velez…. and Jean Casarez  started to work at CNN that sounded like they had some integrity now they sound like Nancy….loud mouth know it alls.

The deaths of Ryan Dunn and Zach Hartwell may just be the worst tragedy of 2011. I’m sure it’s the two most senseless deaths of 2011. It’s two deaths that were preventable. These death can mean something and I’ve always hated when people say that. But in this case it rings true. The Jackass crew has so much influence over the youth of today, it would mean so much if the Jackass crew would make a PSA standing with a life size picture of Ryan and Zach and commenting they’d be alive today if they didn’t get in the car after drinking alcohol. Bam’s pain is real, in a short interveiw at the accident scene veiwers could feel Bam’s pain as he spoke it was very powerful. You could feel the senselessness of it. I’m not a fan of they’re type of humor but having two teenage boys I had the opportunity to watch many Viva La Bam episodes as well as many scenes of their work over the last 8-10 years. Ryan had talent, Ryan worked for every dollar he had and had the scares to prove it. Ryan didn’t just get handed his parts in movies and TV shows, Ryan didn’t roll in on a skateboarding career Ryan worked. He had just launched (Jun 14th) his new show Proving Ground. By all accounts it really showed his talent. He had so much more to do on this planet.  It just a shame what’s happened.

My thoughts and deepest sincerity go out to Ryan and his Family, Angie and her family and to Bam and his family. I know they are all in pain now and for months to come. Ryan will be missed by all he touched .

One of the last people to see Jackass star Ryan Dunn and his friend Zachary Hartwell alive has revealed new details of their drinking session at a West Chester bar before the high-speed car crash that killed them both. Thaddeus Kalinoski (pictured above)spent five hours drinking with Dunn at Barnaby’s, downing shots of whiskey, but says that the MTV star ‘didn’t appear drunk’ as he left the bar.

‘He was drinking quick. He ordered for the entire bar,’ Kalinoski told The Daily. ‘The crowd was just pouring in. It was a massive party, with people everywhere, drinking.

Kalinsoki, 34, was a friend of the Jackass star, also 34, but had not seen each other for several years before that night. He says that Dunn drank ‘at least four shots of whiskey’ and ‘a number of beers’ on Sunday night, and recalls that he became ‘the life of the party.’

Pictures from that night show a flushed-faced Dunn in high spirits with fellow revellers, and Thaddeus has also released a picture of himself and his famous friend, who leans in to kiss his cheek for the camera.

While he insists Ryan ‘didn’t appear drunk,’ Kalinoski admits he was ‘severely intoxicated.’

‘I could barely walk,’ he told The Daily. ‘I couldn’t drive home so I passed out in my car. That’s the type of environment it became.’

Kalinoski says his own friends and family were concerned when they learned of the fatal crash on Monday morning.

He said: ‘My phone started ringing. People thought that I was in the accident. They said, "Are you OK? Are you OK?"’

Chester County Coroner’s Office have confirmed from autopsy that the cause of death for Dunn and his passenger Zachary Hartwell, 31, was ‘blunt and thermal trauma due to a motor vehicle accident and that the nature of the deaths was accidental.’

The report states that the accident in Dunn’s Porsche 911 was so violent that it was impossible to determine whether they died from the initial impact of the crash or the fireball.

Their injuries were such that Dunn was identified by his tattoos and hair, while there was a considerable delay in confirming that the passenger was Hartwell, who was also drinking at the bar on Sunday night.

A toxicology report, which will reveal the role of alcohol in the crash, will take four to six weeks.

Kalinoski says that before leaving the bar around 2am, Dunn was encouraging his fellow revellers to tune into his new TV show Proving Ground, and spoke of how proud he was of best friend and co-star Bam Margera.

‘He was just so excited for the future,’ Kalinoski says. ‘He was talking about all of these good things that were happening – and then it’s over.’

Dunn also discussed his former addiction to painkillers with Kalinoski, telling him he ‘was in a bad way’ the last time they saw each other in Baltimore in 2006.

‘He said back then he was having some problems. He was addicted to Vicodin and Adderall,’ Kalinoski says.

Dunn’s best friend Margera visited the crash site today and gave an emotional interview to local news station WPXI.

A weeping, and clearly overcome Margera said: ‘It was the worst phone call I ever got in my life waking up to that. I’ve never lost anybody that I cared about. It’s my best friend

‘He (Dunn) was the happiest person ever, the smartest guy. He had so much talent, and he had so many things going for him. This is not right, not right.’

Police say Dunn was travelling at around 130mph in a 55mph zone when his Porsche 911 flew off the road at around 2.30am on Monday morning in Pennsylvania.

West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll, who was involved in the accident reconstruction, described it as the worst crash he had ever seen.

Mr Carroll told RadarOnline that the Porsche – which can hit speeds of up to 190mph – was going at a very high speed when it collided with a  guardrail, before landing in the woods and catching fire.

He told the website: ‘I’ve never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught on fire,’ Carroll said.

‘The automobile actually came apart. It was unbelievable and I’ve been on a lot of fatal accident scenes. This is by far the worse I’ve ever seen.’

Tanya McDowell, a 33-year-old homeless woman whose last known address was in Bridgeport, Conn, is scheduled to be arraigned on charges of larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny for allegedly stealing $15,686 from Norwalk schools. Prosecutors allege that figure is the value of her son’s education at Norwalk’s Brookside Elementary School between the time he was illegally enrolled in January and McDowell’s arrest on April 14. If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison.

But Gwen Samuel, founder of the Connecticut Parents Union, an educational lobbying group, plans to hold a rally and press conference in support of McDowell in front of the state Superior Court in Norwalk at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Samuel said she wants the charges filed against McDowell to be dropped.

"This should’ve never happened," Samuel told FoxNews.com. "Do we really want to be punitive for this? We just cannot be the state that is stooping to this level. We can look at this and do it another way. This just should not be happening."

Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia, meanwhile, defended the arrest, saying McDowell used a friend’s public housing address to enroll her son at Brookside Elementary School. Moccia also noted McDowell’s criminal history, including a November arrest for possession of marijuana and narcotics and an 18-month prison term in 2001 for robbery and weapons offenses.

"This is not a poor, picked-upon homeless person," Moccia said on Monday. "This is an ex con, and somehow the city of Norwalk is made into the ogre in this. She has a checkered past at best."

Moccia said his office has received more than 100 emails from across the country in support of McDowell. He disputes claims that city officials are being insensitive to McDowell’s plight.

In a statement released late Monday, Norwalk Public Schools officials indicated that McDowell testified in the Norwalk Housing Court on Jan. 11 that she and her son actually lived at 66 Priscilla Circle in Bridgeport, Conn.

"She did not testify at that time that she was homeless," the statement read. "Sometime prior to January 19, 2011, Ms. McDowell registered her son in a public school in Bridgeport … Attendance records indicate that her son’s last day at Brookside School was January 14, 2011."

The Norwalk Public Schools did not initiate the proceeding in Norwalk Housing Court to remove McDowell’s son or file a criminal complaint against McDowell, the statement continued.

"The Norwalk Public Schools fully complies with the McKinney-Vento Act, which requires public schools to provide education for homeless students," the statement concluded. "In this case, according to her own testimony, Ms. McDowell and her son reside in Bridgeport, and we are aware of no evidence that she or her son is homeless."

This is the problem with our Criminal justice system, no common sense. The child was probably registered in the wrong school maybe even the wrong school district but is this really the way to handle it. Does it really help anyone to convict this mother ? Does it help the child ? Does it help the mother ? Does it help by hitting her with a $15,000 restitution  that she can’t afford ? Does this really deserve a 20 year prison sentence. Wouldn’t it be better to get this child in the right school so the cycle in his family doesn’t continue. The Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia  is just nuts, the town should repeal this guy because if he thinks this is a justified case in the criminal justice system what other mistakes is he making, this case is wasting the resources of the system when it could be using it’s time and money on real crimes. You can’t turn a blind eye but surely there’s a better way to handle it for the people and the state.

The judge on Friday reduced Lohan’s felony charge to a misdemeanor, but ordered her immediately into custody and set a trial date. The court was reportedly swayed by surveillance video, which allegedly shows a friend of Lohan’s acting as a decoy to distract a boutique owner, while the actress slips on a necklace. Lohan has insisted she had permission to borrow the bling, and has blamed a forgetful stylist for neglecting to return it promptly.

Lohan left the detention facility after sundown on Friday in a black SUV, with a sheriff’s vehicle escorting hers off the premises. She’s due in court May 11 for a pretrial hearing (back in February, Lohan declined a plea bargain, spurring her judge to warn "this case involves jail time"). Her booking in Lynwood is reportedly the fifth time she’s been processed and released there.

The community service portion of Lohan’s latest sentence requires her to spend 360 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center (so she can "see how needy women have to live," according to TMZ) and another 120 hours at the Los Angeles County morgue.
